盐城金融城建设发展有限公司开发的金融城项目是盐城市委、市政府重点打造的 “长三角北翼金融高地”战略承载区,也是盐城市金融行业的聚集地。项目自2012 年开建以来,紧紧围绕市委、市政府确定的工作目标,努力将金融城建设成为城南新区金融产业示范区,金融行业的集聚区,承载盐城金融产业发展的现代金融载体。

盐城金融城项目总占地面积273亩,是建筑面积达百万平方米、建设投入逾百亿元、入驻金融企业超百家的“三百工程”,主要承担金融机构、总部经济、商务办公、后台服务及管理、信息平台等功能。项目整体规划实施15幢100米左右的超高层建筑,最高建筑为153米。整体呈现“一轴两带”的布局形态,“一轴”即中心景观轴,“两带”即两排连串高层建筑,布置在中心景观两侧。

项目分为二期实施,其中一期工程占地面积161亩,建筑面积62万平方米(地上面积46万平方米),总投资60亿元,包括7幢高档金融办公楼、3幢住宅以及相关配套商业。金融城二期,金融智慧谷3#地块总用地面积71192平方米,总建筑面积332564.90平方米,由2栋高层办公塔楼,含高端商务酒店,3栋高层花园住宅及2栋商业配套组成。



盐城金融城

The Yancheng Financial City project covers an area of 273 mu. The overall plan for the project is to carry out 15 super high-rise buildings with a height of about 100 meters, with the highest building of 153 meters. The overall layout of the "one axis and two bands", "one axis" is the central landscape axis, "two bands", that is, two rows of high-rise buildings, arranged on both sides of the central landscape. The project is divided into two phases, one of which covers an area of 161 mu, with a building area of 620 thousand square meters (460 thousand square meters on the floor area) and a total investment of 6 billion yuan, including 7 high-grade financial office buildings, 3 houses and related supporting business. In the two phase of the Financial City, the total area of the 3# land area of the financial wisdom Valley is 71192 square meters, with a total building area of 332564.90 square meters. It is composed of 2 high-rise office towers, a high-end Traders Hotel, 3 high-rise garden houses and 2 commercial sets.
